SettleGroup Privacy Policy

SettleGroup helps users manage shared expenses, groups, balances, settlements, budgets, account preferences, advertisements, and optional PRO access. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, and share user data.
Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following information when you use SettleGroup:
- Account information, such as name, email address, preferred currency, account type, and login provider.
- Authentication information needed for email/password, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in.
- Group and expense information, such as group names, member names, expense titles, categories, amounts, currencies, budgets, balances, settlements, and activity history.
- Purchase information needed to verify SettleGroup PRO access through Google Play.
- Device, advertising, and diagnostic information that may be processed by Google AdMob when ads are shown.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and maintain your account.
- Provide shared expense, group, budget, balance, and settlement features.
- Authenticate users through email/password, Google, or Apple.
- Verify in-app purchases and enable PRO features.
- Show advertisements to free users.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share or process information with service providers only as needed to operate the app, including:
- Google and Apple for sign-in authentication.
- Google Play for in-app purchase processing and verification.
- Google AdMob for advertisement delivery and measurement.
- Hosting and database providers used to run SettleGroup services.
Advertising
SettleGroup may show ads to free users using Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and related data according to Google's policies and your device settings.
Payments
PRO purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not store your full payment card details. We store only the information needed to verify and enable your PRO access.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account and app data for as long as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Account Security > Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes your account and related data where applicable.
Children
SettleGroup is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove the information where required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

資料用途
我們使用資料來建立和維護帳戶、提供分帳功能、驗證登入、核實 App 內購買、 啟用 PRO 功能、向免費用戶顯示廣告,以及維持安全和服務可靠性。
資料分享
我們不會出售個人資料。為營運 App,我們可能按需要與服務供應商處理資料, 包括 Google/Apple 登入、Google Play 購買驗證、Google AdMob 廣告,以及 用於運行 SettleGroup 的主機和資料庫供應商。
刪除資料
你可以在 App 內前往 個人 > 帳戶安全 > 刪除帳戶 刪除帳戶。刪除帳戶會在適用範圍內永久移除你的帳戶及相關資料。
